Join the Global Health Research Collaborative and the Center for Global Health in recognizing World Health Day with activities to highlight global health issues.The event is free and participants can attend all or a portion of the day.

Fotos from the Field: We are holding a new Global Health Photo Competition this year. Top three photos will win $100, $50 or $25 gift cards to an online photo service. Photos will be printed and displated at the Global Health Day Symposium. Photos must be from a global health project that you were involved in and must have been taken by you.
Please provide with your photo:
1. Your name
2. Location of the photo
3. Project name and a bried (150 word) description of the experience.
Pictures should be sent to mpyra2@uic.edu. Student, staff and faculty from any college are welcome to submit photos. Only one submission per person and photos must be submitted by March 31, 2011. Photos should be high enough resolution to be blown up to 8x10.
