UIC Financial Counselor™ – You must complete this entrance/exit counseling every year that you borrow a loan while you are at UIC.
Direct Loan Electronic Promissory Note – Sign an MPN for Direct Stafford, Direct Parent PLUS, and Direct Graduate PLUS loans.
Perkins Promissory Note E-Sign – Sign an MPN for Perkins Loans, Health Professions Student Loans (HPSL), and Nursing Student Loans (NSL).
Direct Loan Consolidation -- Get information on consolidating your federal student loans.
Direct Loan Servicing Center -- Get information on your Direct Loans, including account and repayment information.
Enrollment Verification – The Office of Admissions and Records verifies enrollment for in-school loan deferments, scholarships, etc.
